This D2Guard add 60 new Command !
This D2Guard version is a major update, you could find some bugs so feel free to post it here 
I tested it a lot so it should be ok

Add #mute (mute user)
Add #admn (give admin)
Add chat color:

Fix matt.j's error in Kick Command (crash if you put no name)
Add a text for kick command.
Add #help command for everyone
Add #cmds for admin
Add #user for user
Add a protection for admin. (can't be lock,mute,kick)
Add a protection for the host. (can't be demoted)
