| well, lately (and over the years), there have been thousands and thousands of questions regarding CE using assembly, but sir_generals/Myhrginocs tutorial only really covers basic debugging and some simple editing, here you'll find a very good and comprehensive list of links to tutorials, editors, IDE's, debuggers, books and guides, as well as other programming resources and lists like this for other languages. this will hopefully help those aspiring code editors :D(and the extra C/C++ links should help aspiring tool makers).
